COMMERCIAL ROOF INSPECTION PROGRAM
- An inspection of the entire roof twice a year (Spring and Fall seasons)
- Checking and cleaning debris from the entire roof.
- Checking entire roof for blisters and any other signs of decay. (Notify owner)
- Re-apply caulking if required eg. All flashings, pipe flashing, heating & air conditioning unit flashings etc
- Checking and cleaning of eaves gutters, box gutter, drains and down pipes and scuppers.
- Checking for damage by tradespeople eg. Air conditioner installation ECT.
- A performance report on the roof and drains with on-going photographic evidence
and any repair recommendations (both warranty and non-warranty)
- If your roof springs a leak, you can call our 24-hour emergency line (416-286-6123) and we'll send a Mega City Roofing Inc personnel to repair it immediately. You'll receive a report on the cause of the leak and whether it is claimable under warranty.
- Up too 100 sq ft of patchwork performed with no additional cost.
- Detailed written reports outlining an "Action Plan" and prioritizing any work that may need to be performed in future repairs.
