MODIFLEX and TORCHFLEX Modiflex and Torchflex are high performance modified bitumen roofing and waterproofing systems that are made from a strong reinforcing mat (polyester or fiberglass) which is saturated and coated with SBS modified bitumen. Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene (SBS) is a rubber based chemical that endows the asphalt with some amazing qualities: superior elasticity, excellent moisture resistance, and exceptional cold weather flexibility. This long lasting, durable membrane which can be applied to a wide variety of surfaces on roofs of almost any shape or design. 
ARMOURPLAST APP Armourplast modified bitumen roofing and waterproofing systems deliver superior performance and excellent protection. They can be used as single-ply or double-ply systems. Armourplast is made from a strong non-woven polyester reinforcing mat which is saturated and coated with APP modified bitumen. Atactic Polypropylene (APP) is a plastic-based chemical that endows the asphalt with some amazing qualities: superior elasticity, excellent moisture resistance, and greater protection against ultraviolet radiation. The result is a long-lasting , durable membrane which can be applied to a wide variety of surfaces on roofs of almost any shape or design. 
TAR and GRAVEL SYSTEM IKO'S EASY-MELT COMBINES THE TOP-OF-THE-LINE CHARACTERISTICS OF STANDARD TYPE III ASPHALT WITH GREATER EFFICIENCY AND ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS. HALF THE WEIGHT OF ASPHALT KEGS, THIS OXIDIZED BITUMEN IS WRAPPED IN 50 lb (22.7 kg), RECTANGULAR, POLYETHYLENE BAGS, AND IS EASILY STORED. ELIMINATING UNNECESSARY WASTE, THE PACKAGING GOES STRAIGHT INTO THE KETTLE, MELTING WITH THE ASPHALT AND LEAVING NO RESIDUE. IT IS INTENDED FOR USE IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF BUILT-UP ROOFS WITH SLOPES OF GREATER THAN 1/4 IN 12 AND LESS THAN 3 IN 12. THIS PROVEN WATERPROOFING MATERIAL IS ALSO SUITABLE FOR USE IN SELECTED DAMPPROOFING APPLICATIONS. THIS SUPERIOR GRADE ASPHALT CONFORMS TO ALL REQUIREMENTS OF CSA STANDARD A123.4-M, TYPE III AND ASTM D312, TYPE III.
